Our Story

"Primi Passi" means “first steps” in Italian—and for us, it’s more than just a name. It captures the spirit of embarking on something new, whether it’s your first family trip or the start of a lifelong passion for exploring the world together. It also holds a deeply personal meaning: our son took his first steps in Castellina in Chianti, Italy, and our daughter in Naxos, Greece. Travel has been woven into the fabric of our family’s story from the very beginning.

Since then, our adventures have carried us across the globe with our children. We've wandered the charming streets of Poland and France, explored the breathtaking landscapes of the Alpine countries, experienced the vibrant cultures of Japan and Peru, and most recently, soaked up the rich colors and rhythms of Morocco.

This passion for family exploration is rooted in years of adventure that began long before parenthood. Whether we were tracking wildlife in Zambia and Malawi, exploring coral reefs in Mozambique and The Great Barrier Reef, hiking the iconic Milford Track in New Zealand, or immersing ourselves in Argentine culture for six months—every adventure shaped who we are as travelers today.

After years of globe-trotting—often with kids in tow—and plenty of encouragement from friends, we felt inspired to help other families take their own first steps into travel. Through Primi Passi Family Travel Coaching, we’re excited to share what we’ve learned, what’s worked (and what hasn’t!), and to support you in creating meaningful adventures of your own.
